Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns – Standard Items
For all non-custom items (rompers, tops, bottoms, dresses, skirts, accessories, etc.) we offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags/labels must still be attached.

Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom products — including items with personalized names, initials, embroidery, or printed text — are made exclusively for you.
For that reason, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless:

The product arrives damaged,

There is a manufacturing defect, or
-
An incorrect personalization was applied due to our error.
If you experience any issue with a custom item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order through our store.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the product
-
A description of the issue
We will make it right as quickly as possible.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is delivered to us and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Pacifiers, teethers, feeding items

Underwear or socks (unless unused and sealed)

Gift cards
