1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within:

1–3 business days for standard items

2–5 business days for custom or personalized items (embroidery, name prints, etc.)
During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Please note:
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic / Local Shipping: 1–5 business days

International Shipping: 5–15 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, or unexpected events.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Custom Fees, Duties & Taxes

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update the address for you.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it is no longer under our control.
We are not responsible for:

Packages marked as "delivered" but not received

Lost or stolen parcels
If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee compensation.
8. Partial Shipments
If you ordered multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages, depending on stock and production timelines.
You will be notified if your order ships in parts.
9. Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us due to:

Failure to pick up from a pickup point
The customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
